129600L #7F. This Input Shaft and Hub is designed for higher HP engines and/or Multi-Disc Converter. Made for Performance Dodge Diesel Applications! Shaft is made from 300 Maraging steel and heat treated to withstand high stress and torsional loads. Hub is made from 4140 heat treated stress relieved billet steel for additional durability. Precision ground at all critical diameters. Shaft to hub splines have been increased from O.E.M. 28 to 35 splines for 25% MORE Surface Contact. Tested to 2,700 ft/lbs. of torque.
The shaft is machined from 300 Maraging AMS 6514 material then Heat Treated for torsional strength and also precision ground at all critical diameters
The Hub is machined from 4140 HTSR steel and Nitride Heat Treated for additional durability
The Shaft and Hub Splines have been increased from the OEM spline count of 28 to 35 splines – 25% more surface contact equals greater strength!
