TCS Products manufactures the 6L80E Billet Intermediate Shaft as a solution to the problematic OEM’s shaft high rate of failure when high horsepower, superchargers and turbos are used.

- We have eliminated the hub dampener and increased the contact area between the hub and shaft by 300%.
- The intermediate shaft is a “100% drop-in” product.
- Developed as a stronger replacement for the problematic failure of the OEM shaft when high horsepower, superchargers and turbos are used.

- Shaft is made from 300M alloy steel and heat treated for additional strength and durability.
- Hub is made from 4140 HTSR billet steel.
- Heavy duty Torrington bearing with double the roller count of the OEM bearing.
- Design also incorporates the locating groove for the OEM bearing.
