This pan is about 6½ inches deep.

PML designed this Aisin AS68RC transmission pan for heavy duty diesel cab as well as chassis trucks with the 6 speed Aisin transmission.

Although, you can machine this pan for a temperature sending unit.
Additionally, if you would like PML to drill and tap hole, there is a machining charge. However, there are three possible locations. A plug for the hole is included. The standard size is 1/8 NPT.
The pan has three locations that can be machined for a temperature sending unit:
- Driver/left side near the front
- Passenger/right side near the rear
- Front
These locations are circular bosses that are thicker areas on the casting, and the design allows for them to be drilled and tapped.
