6L80 6L90 6L45 6L50 Pump Bushing Remover and Pump Seal – Bushing Installer Number T-LMNOPAC.
Installing the front seal and bushing on a 6L80 series transmission can be tricky and expensive. Adapt-A-Case came up with a system to install them both quickly and safely.
Simply press the old bushing though the seal side.
Then install a Durabond bushing (no wider than 0.765″). It should be pressed though the pump side of the bell housing.
Next use the aluminum installer on the o-ring side to install the seal.
