PPE Deep Pan – Brushed Aluminum Fins

PPE’s new transmission pan for the Ram 68RFE is made in the USA from high-quality cast aluminum. It features internal heat sinks and external cooling fins that help reduce transmission oil temperatures. Cooler oil lubricates better, increasing transmission service life.

The pan includes a Neodymium-equipped stainless steel drain plug to remove harmful ferrous metals. Two NPT plugs and access ports for temperature probes are included. The factory filter is retained for easy future service.

In testing, a 2013 Ram 2500 towing a 13,000 lb trailer over a 900-mile loop never exceeded 200°F. Temperatures dropped faster after hill climbs and were consistently 10°F lower than with the factory pan.
