🚫 Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.
• Refunds are processed immediately, but please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

🔁 Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated by emailing orders@transmissioncenter.net.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original form of payment within a few business days.

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• First, check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
• Then check with your bank—some processing time may apply.
• If you still need assistance, email orders@transmissioncenter.net.

📦 Return Shipping

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective part or incorrect item).
• Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75—we can't guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.
