Product Overview:

PPE’s new transmission pan for the Ram 68RFE is made in the USA from high-quality cast aluminum. It features internal heat sinks and external cooling fins that work together to reduce transmission oil temperatures.

Cooler oil lubricates better, helping extend transmission service life.

The included Neodymium-equipped drain plug helps remove harmful ferrous metals. Dual NPT ports allow for easy installation of temperature probes. The pan retains the factory filter, simplifying future service.

Real-World Testing:

A 2013 Ram 2500 towing a 13,000 lb trailer was tested over a 900-mile loop through city traffic, steep climbs, and highway runs. Transmission temps never exceeded 200°F and dropped faster after hill climbs compared to the factory steel pan.

Unloaded temps were consistently 10°F lower than those with the OEM pan.
