Clutch A Control Boost Valve Kit

The ZF6HP19/26/32 (Gen. 1) and Ford 6R60, 6R75, 6R80, 6R100 transmissions are equipped with a plastic sleeve for the clutch A control boost valve. This sleeve is prone to damage—especially during removal—and its failure can result in:

  • Delayed or harsh forward engagement
  • Flare 5-4 downshifts
  • No 4-5 upshift

The Sonnax 95740-21K clutch A control boost valve and sleeve kit restores proper 4-5 downshift function, corrects missing 4-5 upshifts, and resolves forward engagement issues. It also serves as a direct replacement for damaged OE boost assemblies and must be used with the OE clutch A control valve.
