GM 6L80 6L90 Transmission
Front Seal and Bushing Installation Tool
Fits 2006-up
Cadillac Chevy GMC Cars and trucks
Installing the front seal and bushing on a 6L80 series transmission can
be tricky and expensive.
Adapt-A-Case came up with a system to install
them both quickly and safely.
Simply press the old bushing though the seal side.
Then install a Durabond brand bushing (no wider than 0.765").
It should be pressed though the pump side of the bell housing.
Next use the aluminum installer on the o-ring side to install the seal.
