E4OD / 4R100 Deep As-Cast Transmission Pan, PML 9323-AC.
For 1989 to 2004 Ford heavy duty trucks, such as F-250 and F-350.
Additionally, this pan includes magnetic drain plug and mounting hardware. Though, most E4OD and 4R100 transmissions have 13 through holes and 4 holes in the front and 3 in the back are blind holes. Blind holes need to be clean, however, a spray of WD40 can help. Afterwards, heck blind holes to make sure the longer PML bolts do not bottom out.
Volume: 3.0 quarts over stock for 4WD, 3.5 quarts over stock for 2WD

This E4OD / 4R100 Deep As-Cast Transmission Pan fits many 1989 to 2004 Ford 2WD and 4WD trucks, SUVs and vans with the E4OD or 4R100 transmission. Although, typical applications are:
- F250, F350, F450, F550, 1989 to 2002
- F150 Lightning trucks, 1993 to 2004
- Some full size Broncos
- Excursion
- E250 (5.4 V8), E350, E450 vans and motor homes
- Lincoln Navigator
Because vehicles vary, always check your vehicle to verify the configuration and clearance before ordering.
Trucks with 5.4 Gas Engine: Generally, the stock exhaust runs too close to the stock transmission pan to allow for a larger pan. Check for carefully for clearance.
Excursion owners: Excursions with V10 engines have reported that the exhaust hits near the front of the pan. Though, excursion owners have said that the transmission pan will clear the frame cross member. If you have a 4WD, you may need to loosen the rear transmission mount bolts and jack up the transfer case slightly to ease access to the bolts along the back of the pan.
