Accepting a 1/2” drive and weighing in at just over 25oz, our socket is more than just another pretty face. The inner cavity is cut only slightly larger than the output shaft to eliminate any possibility of side-loading the ears. This will shorten its service life, eventually slipping and rounding the uncommon spanner nut: a sure way to ruin your day.
