#49-2. Early model 4L60E tail housing with transmission mount (7 3/8 inches long).
This will move the mount to the rear 5 1/2 inches. This moves the rear transmission mount to the same position as a TH400 (short-style) or 200-4R transmission. This extension housing can eliminate transmission crossmember modifications when replacing a TH 400 or 200-4R transmission with a 4L60E thru 1996 assembly. These are almost impossible to find. (used when in stock) $120.00.
This kit includes the tail housing seal kit but no speed sensor or poly mount.
