This backing plate kit for Dodge transmissions can be used to get 5 clutches in the 4 clutch direct drum. That is a 20% larger clutch apply.
This kit can also be used to get 7 thin clutches in the 5 clutch direct drum. That is a 40% larger clutch apply.
