Sonnax offers two neutral safety backup insulator service kits 22229-03 and 22229-07K which replace missing, cracked or broken insulators and eliminate the chance of returning fatigued or brittle OE parts to service.
- Direct replacement, no special tools required
- Securely fastens to the detent lever (rooster comb) with a 1/8″ diameter steel pop rivet
- Eliminates searching through cores for a usable detent lever
The rivet must be installed as described on instruction sheet or damage to the insulator will occur.
