Here’s what you get, the Fairbanks oversize billet intermediate servo, the Fairbanks oversize billet overdrive servo and the Sonnax oversize .490″ pressure valve. You get a billet steel 13 vane pump rotor that will take care of the exploding rotor problem forever on high output motors. Also included is a pump seal retainer and pump bushing, Borg Warner 29 element forward sprag, new low / reverse roller clutch, and a #11CF Alto carbon fiber Power Band.

This kit comes with a complete thrust washer kit, High Energy master rebuild kit with an Alto Red Eagle 3-4 clutch Power Pack that has Kolene steels and Sonnax heavy duty pressure plates.

The LPC signal damper used in listed Ford and GM transmissions dampens any fluid pressure spikes in the LP signal (EPC) circuit from reaching the main pressure regulator valve. This prevents any significant and unintended pressure variations from affecting the main pressure throughout the circuit, and helps to provide smooth operation of the valve.

When the bore or piston wears, effective dampening of LPC signal pressure is not maintained and can leak to exhaust. This can result in harsh shifts and excessive line pressure.

Sonnax LPC signal damper piston kit 105740-04K allows long-lasting and quick repair of the lower valve body casting without reaming. The O-ring provides a positive seal against critical pressure loss even in worn bores.

10L80 / 10R80 TCC Priority Valve Kit, Sonnax 105740-03K. 

Severe wear of the TCC regulator valve bore caused by oscillation of the OE valve allows regulated secondary line and TCC signal pressure to leak to exhaust in listed Ford and GM 10-speed transmissions. This wear minimizes secondary line pressure control resulting in overheated fluid, loss of converter feed pressure, TCC release concerns, TCC slip code concerns and potential transmission control module (TCM) errors.

Installing drop-in Sonnax TCC priority valve kit 105740-03K eliminates the leakage of secondary line pressure by creating a new conditioned bore area for the upgraded valve to operate in. The O-ringed end plug provides a positive seal and prevents critical TCC signal fluid from leaking to exhaust. Both of these Sonnax features restore normal TCC operation by restablishing the hydraulic integrity of this circuit.

Cause:
